We are looking for a Value Selling Leader in Sales Management & Customer Service team within Market Operations.
In this role, you will drive end to end value selling across three businesses: playing a crucial role in strengthening capabilities in the execution of Value Selling and be the driving force behind the deployment of Customer Value focused sales pipeline across Tetra Pak.
This involves the development and deployment of our value framework and value playbook in the markets to generate quantifiable value propositions based on solid value and cost calculations with strong focus on customer needs.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will report to the Value Selling Excellence Manager and the position is a temporary contract till end of January 2026. The location is in the EMEA region, preferably in Lund. This role requires providing support across different time zones on need basis.
What you will do
Drive and deploy Value Selling related projects such as Value Selling playbook.
Participate in the Value Selling workstream within Total Cost Ownership (TCO) deployment program.
Drive continuous improvements of current Customer Value Tool based on markets' feedback.
Manage Value Selling Business Expert network.
Develop value selling competence and secure competence transfer to the markets.
Manage and drive the monthly KAM Talk Value Selling series.
Support market organization by developing relevant, competitive end to end solutions offer

We believe you have
A bachelor's degree within Business Administration and related fields.
You have minimum 3-5 years' experience in a customer facing sales role, preferably as an Account Manager for Key Accounts and/or Strategic Account or/and Portfolio Manager.
Knowledge & experience in value selling and related value & cost calculation tools (including CVT, SIMCO and/or TCO) is preferred.
Experience in working with CRM and CPQ tools.
Good command in English, verbally as well as in writing. Additional languages are considered an advantage
Strong change management skills, experienced in setting direction and coaching others.
Ability to convey strategic direction into operational activities will be a plus.
Building successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
Ability to create presentations that generate value.
Flexible in adapting to changes.
Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority.
