Do you want to develop Scania's future business models, in close and transparent collaboration with Scania's customers? We are now looking for a User Experience Designer to join a BizDevOps team that is currently being formed. You will work in close collaboration with selected customers and we therefore believe that you are enthusiastic about figuring out what the user needs in order to steer a transport business effectively. We also believe that you feel comfortable directing your own work in doing everything that is needed from user-research to HiFi-prototypes.

Job description
You and your team will be responsible to develop small-scale applications and Minimal Viable Products that allow transport companies to manage their operation more effectively and enable Scania's commercial pilots of new business models. As a User Experience Designer, your focus is on understanding the user's problems and needs, and in short iterative cycles explore what will give your users the best experience ever. You will be involved throughout the process from ideas to design, prototype, testing and development.
Your team's products will be small-scale solutions, aiming at broader implementation should the concept show significant business potential.

Background

Relevant background in User Experience Design
An understanding and appreciation of the purpose and the practices of Agile
Fluent in English at professional business level
We also value that you have a multidisciplinary background beyond design
