ÖVRIGT
Utbildning och arbetsmarknadsenheten is one of the municipality's largest departments, with approximately 3,000 employees. Our operations are spread throughout the municipality, including around 35 primary schools, 87 preschools, 40 after-school care centers, and four upper secondary schools. We work to ensure that children and young people have the tools they need to navigate both the present and the future. We strive for a holistic approach and a continuous line of development and learning from preschool through upper secondary school. A growing adult education program and a labor market unit focusing on those in need of extra support are also part of the department.
To work within the Utbildning och arbetsmarknads operations, you are required to submit a criminal record extract. You must order the extract for school and childcare yourself at
https://polisen.se/. It is valid for one year and must then be renewed.
