The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience of SW test development
• Experience with of programming.
• Experience of working on automated test systems
• Experience from version control tools
Work language: English
Meriting
experience of Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MongoDb, SQL server, GitLab, AWS, MaaS or equivalent.
Experience with agile test/development
Experience with test tools from NI, Dspace

Job Description
• Part of your responsibility is to develop and maintain a test framework for Automotive applications.
• In order for the test environment to be suitable there are tool chains for test automation and results analysis. These rigs are used for software tests on complete vehicle level and on system level.
• You will be responsible that the test environment is updated with new technology to support coming projects for example electrification and autonomous vehicles.
• The task is also to further develop the HIL concept into a modular platform that can support functional growth.
• As a software developer of the HIL/SIL platform you will gain a broad understanding of the vehicles systems and functions
