The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Eucation/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Java SE at least 8
• Testing (unit testing, mock objects, integration testing)
• Spring framework (MVC, Data JPA, Boot) or similar
• Any kind API development (XML-RPC, REST or SOAP)
• MySQL or other relation databases
• SQL
• XML
• English
Meritous
• Basic administering Linux, Windows skills
• Knowledge of any servlet container of application server (tomcat, jetty, jboss, glassfish, etc)
• Gradle, Maven or even Ant
• Elasticsearch, Lucene or any other search tool
• Spring, Hibernate and other java libraries and frameworks
• Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Angular and TypeScript, JQuery and Bootstrap for legacy parts
About the position
• work as a Senior Java Developer, mainly backend
• development of a web service with REST API and Angular on the client side, running in AWS cloud as well as private clouds.
• plans to develop many cool features and integrations, so it will be interesting times ahead.
• Be a part of team using agile development techniques
• Improve the existing source code, suggest new solutions and implement new functionality
