• SPOC for troubleshooting laptop and desktop PC hardware, desktop software, office suite, desk and cell phone, and printer problems for our customers.
• In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting connectivity and light networking issues, including moves/add/changes for cabling and computers.
Location: Stockholm

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• A lot of experience working with troubleshooting and support of software, hardware, OS, MS Office, desk and cell phones, printers, networks etc.
• Experience in format, install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers with and for end users.
• Experience in configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access for local and remote computers or devices.
• Knowledge of SQL.
Working language: English and Swedish
Meriting
• Knowledge of ITIL
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment
