The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Technical background in one or more languages such as Python, R, SQL, Spark, Scala
• Experience of Hadoop: Hive, HBase, HDFS, Kafka, etc
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
Work language: English/Swedish
Meriting:
• Swedish
• Experience building, optimizing, maintaining and deploying 'big data' data pipelines and data sets
• Good understanding of multiple architectural design patterns, understanding multidimensional models and data warehousing theories
• Experience and practice from using agile working methods, CI/CD and DevOps
Your tasks:
• Work as data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data flows.
• The job is primarily for the finance domain.
• Agile teams setup, including competencies from several domains, the team will handle development, maintenance and support activities.
