Working tasks
You will play an important role in the current launch of Klarna's consumer credit products on the European e-commerce markets. Key elements of the role will be analysis of current credit risk levels, exploration of new credit strategies, reporting, project management, analysis of patterns in the credit portfolio and product development. There are no normal weeks and you will get the opportunity to see most parts of the credit operations. You will work closely with the other analysts as well as the Chief Analyst, department manager and related departments such as controlling, IT and Sales. It is important to emphasize that the Risk & Credit Department work with both risk balancing and business creation and have a key role in Klarna's current European expansion.
Requirements
A qualified candidate should have an academic degree with strong quantitative elements, such as finance, math, statistics or engineering. You have at least one year work experience from consumer credit, credit risk or scorecards, preferable from a non-Swedish market. Experience from e-commerce, fast small ticket credit products or any entrepreneurial experiences are considered to be a strong merit.
Your are fluent in English and feel comfortable using it as your working language. Knowledge in any other major European language is a plus. You have a very good knowledge in Ms. Office, especially in Excel.
Personal skills
You are expected to be able to work independently as well as highly collaborative depending on what the situation and project requires. A successful candidate have a good business sense that can serve as guide in prioritizing what is best in a specific situation. You are a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills, and colleagues and friends know you as a committed person with drive and energy.

Tjänsten som credit controller ska tillsättas snarast och avser heltid med sedvanliga kontorsarbetstider. Den är en tillsvidareanställning hos Klarna.
