Your future team
The Transport Logistics team is a high performing diverse team consisting of ten skilled persons with different age, gender, nationality, knowledge, and background. The combination makes us strong and add flavor and joy to our workplace. The focus is on optimizing transport logistics. Currently, some team members focus on inbound flow to our Configuration and Logistics Centers (CLCs), some focus on the outbound flow from our CLCs to our sales markets and some on logistics administrative tasks. All persons understand and have insight of the full supply chain even if one has different focus area.
What you will do as a Transport Logistics Administrator
As a Transport Logistics Administrator, you will play an important role within our Global Supply Chain and specifically within the Transport Logistics Team. In a dynamic and ever-changing environment, your attention to detail and understanding of key priorities will ensure that our inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows operate smoothly. Keeping relevant stakeholders informed in a timely manner is of utmost importance to our company.
Your responsibility include, but are not limited to:
* Daily communication with transport service providers and internal stakeholders.
* Handling transportation claims.
* Monitoring in-transit transportation.
* Accounting for transportation invoices.
* Supporting the Logistics Developers.
* Representing the Transport Logistics function in various forums.
* Continuously improving ways of working and eliminating systematic errors.
This position is based at AXIS Communications HQ in Lund, where we manage the procurement and process development for AXIS AB's global transportation needs. You will work closely with a team of Logistics Developers and Logistics Administrators.

Qualifications:
* Experience in a transportation company or a similar role within an industrial supply chain.
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent experience.
* Fluent in Swedish and English.
Preferred skills/experiences:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Team leadership experience.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience with courier, air, sea, and road freight.
* Familiarity with transport management and ERP systems.
