hela Sverige Your Responsibilities: Analysis & Simulation engineer in driveline/ transmission projects for different types of transmissions (AMT, AT, DCT, CVT, MT, etc.), both light and heavy duty vehicles Develop new and improve existing A&S methods. This can mean methods to calculate transmission loads, optimization of housings, gears and shafts, simulation of wet and dry clutches, noise & vibration, etc. Problem solving on existing products with detailed root cause analysis. Stay up-to-date with most recent technology findings within the field of transmission and drivetrain technology
Your Profile: Excellent analytical capability Good knowledge of machine elements, including clutches and hydraulic systems Experience from product development of transmissions for light- or heavy-duty is an advantage Knowledge in hybrid systems and/or electric machines is an advantage Knowledge in commercially available simulation tools (FEM-tools, Matlab/SIMULINK, etc.) is an advantage Good social and communication skills in Swedish and English Well organized and enthusiastic team member that can lead the work forward Eager to learn and guide your co-workers within your specialty Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
