Transformation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Transformation Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving transformational change across the organization, improving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring sustainable growth.
As a Transformation Manager you will be a member of the Transformation team and lead large transformation initiatives as well as act as coach for individuals and/or teams in setting up initiatives, roadmaps, planning, execution and ways for working. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and drive the implementation of key projects. We are seeking a talented and forward thinking project leader who wants to be a driving force in our transformation journey.
You will be reporting to the Head of Transformation.
As a Transformation Manager at SAS you will:
* Oversee the implementation of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Identify areas for operational improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with various departments to drive process optimization, technology integration, and organizational change.
* Monitor progress and performance of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
* Foster a culture of continuous business improvement and innovation within the organization.
* Implement robust change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices across all levels of the organization.
* Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
* Create and implement new processes and ways of working, make improvements & drive change Management.
* Coach and support teams in ways of working in order to reach highly motivated and high performing teams.
* Contribute to the overall transformation program.
* Perform ad hoc tasks as needed within team.
To be successful, we believe you should have:
* Min 5 years of professional experience in a transformation or change management role, airline or transportation industry experience is a plus.
* Experience from strategic and cross functional project management / leadership.
* Proven track record of being able to deliver results in a complex organizational environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Sophisticated influencer with great communication skills that can engage with an audience on a personal level and is able to clearly articulate your vision to both business-oriented and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. An advantage if also in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
As a person you are a great team player, an excellent communicator, capable of motivating and energizing peers, with a proven ability to create a highly collaborative working environment.
Additional Information

* Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period.
* This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
* To be eligible for this position you need an EU-work permit. Please note that we ask you to inform us if you currently have a valid EU-work permit.
