Mölnlycke is now looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager with a strong interest in tax law and tax compliance and excellent stakeholder management skills to act on a global level and interact with many different stakeholders in our markets and at the headquarters.
In this position you'll be working globally and you'll be stationed at our headquarters in Gothenburg.
About the job
We are looking for someone to manage and take responsibility together with Group Tax Director and Group Tax Manager in different ongoing Transfer pricing projects and day-to-day tax issues in the Group.
In addition you should be able to manage the Transfer Pricing Documentation for all the MHC ABs Group Companies and the compliance related to the Transfer Pricing Documentation.
These are the main accountabilities for this position
In this role you'll decide together with Group Tax Director how to prepare documentation, to decide about new transfer pricing set up and to be responsible for Transfer Pricing question relating to new M&A acqusitions.
You'll be responsible to implement new Transfer pricing documentation rules and prepare full Transfer Pricing Documentation.
You'll manage and the annual updating of the Transfer Pricing Documentation.
You'll analyse and calculate transfer prices and the effects on Group taxes and you'll analyse intra group financing/calculation of interest cost.
What you'll need
To be able to succeed in this role you'll need excellent stakeholder management and cross functional project leadership skills to be able to exhibit high levels of teamwork and cooperation. You'll also need to have great communication skills to build relationships both internally and externally.
You'll need to take responsibility for the outcome and to be result driven
You'll need to have the capacity to focus on details and at the same time the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and have a sense of urgency while retaining delivery of best practice and accuracy.
You'll need to have a strong feeling for integrity and trust
Qualifications & Experience:
Master degree in Taxation, Law or related field
Work experience in tax from multinational group, audit firm or the tax authority.
Work experience within the field minimum 3 years
Digital literacy - finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
Fluent in English, spoken and written
