We develop software to draw spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within the commercial furniture, material handling, and kitchen and bath industries. In the background of the software, prices and configurations are automatically calculated so the user can focus on the design. Job description
The Training & Support specialist role consist of instructing and supporting users in their work with CET. The time is divided between leading training classes and working on the Support desk.
As a Training & Support specialist at Configura, you will have both in-person and virtual classes for our existing and new CET users in commercial furniture, material handling, and kitchen and bath industries. Together with the rest of the team, you will also continue on-going development of curriculums, webinars and training materials related to CET and interior design.
The Support desk functions includes answering phone calls, e-mails and chats from users who have questions or issues using the program. This is done with a focus on customer service, speed and responsiveness. The position also acts as a connection between users and the development team as there is continual software testing and feature enhancement work required to improve the quality of the software.
You will be a part of the global Training & Support team and collaborate with colleagues in our different offices. The role is based in Linköping and you will mainly support and train users located in Europe. Some travel is required, mostly to our European customers, but travels to other sites may occur.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality trainings in virtual and in-person formats
• Develop and maintain various training curriculums
• Comfortable working within e-learning and LMS systems
• Answer product related questions over phone, e-mail and chat where fast response time and maintaining high customer satisfaction is key
• Test of new releases and improved software versions
• Identify potential software problems and forwarding them to the responsible developers
Your profile

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE
Education:
• Bachelor's degree of e.g Cognitive Science/Engineering/Behavioral Science/Teacher or a minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field.
Requirements:
• Good language and communications skills in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
• Technical interest and aptitude, with basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
• Strong presentation skills
• Positive customer service focus with attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude, willingness to be flexible and proactive
• Open-minded problem solver
Bonus skills:
* Experience in using AutoCAD,?Solidworks, Pcon or any other 3D design or modeling software
* Work experience from the Kitchen & Bath, Commercial Interior or Material Handling industries
