Sales & Online Marketing operate one of the largest e-commerce sites in the world and are a central part of H&M's expansion. Here, a lot of things happen and there are changes with a forward spirit. We closely cooperate with the business and are fast-paced when needed.
Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as a Test leader have a key role within the test and quality assurance area. As Test leader you have the overall responsibility for our test environments and test documentations. We are now looking to strengthen our test and quality assurance abilities within our new e-commerce platform for our brands. You will be responsible for the end to end test phase of the whole online solution. You will be working between business, our in-house team and our suppliers to ensure the overall quality of each delivery. The system architecture is often very complex with multiple system integrations and stakeholders. Therefore, it is required that you have good planning and communication skills. You also need to understand critical and risk areas in online platforms.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Test leader at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end, cycle and/or acceptance tests within and between different teams
• Create and maintain the test plan and other relevant documentation
• Work closely with other test leaders and test teams
• Validate that our vendors carry out high quality tests
• Ensure that adequately prepared test environments are available when needed
• Have the overall responsibility for our test environments and test documentation
• Report and follow-up on test progress and defects
• Manage and maintain the defects
• Participate in different cross initiatives on our behalf

And your skills include:
• Strong leadership skills
• About 5 years working experience from test processes, methods and testing
• Sound knowledge of web and e-commerce solutions
• Possessing strong planning and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills
• Being self-propelled and prioritizing your workload
• Working independently, as well as collaborating with your peers and colleagues
It is an advantage to have knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, Payments and Customer Service solutions.
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
