As test leader for our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) area within IT Logistics Warehouse Online you will, together with a great team, take our warehouse solutions for online to the next level.Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as test leader will have a key role in our expansion efforts. Most of these are part of H&Ms strategically important programs with a lot of cross-dependencies. All our projects involve external suppliers and internal stakeholders. As a test leader you will make sure that the solutions work end-to-end with an emphasis on the Warehouse Logistics. What you will doThe job of an H&M Test leader comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: In close collaboration with the test team leader lead and coach the team of test coordinators located in Stockholm and Borås and manage the planning, preparation and execution of test within the warehouse management system, to ensure the quality of the delivered solutionVarious tasks in the development and test phases in a release including preparation, execution and coordination of tests. The purpose of the test work is to ensure quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and the integration between H&M systemsResponsible for following guidelines and way of working when it comes to documentation of test scenarios and resultClose collaboration with Suppliers and other functions within your delivery area like Architects, Requirements, as well as leaders within IT and BusinessIdentify and define the required tests based on specifications for new requirements including test documentation for existing functionality from previous test activitiesParticipate in planning of test environments and evaluate the outcome of the testing as well as report and document issues and defectsSupporting and planning the H&M business side in acceptance testing with test process tasksWhat skills you needTo be successful in this role, we believe you should have a great level of independence in the role as test leader and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership. Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include: Min 5 years of experience as test leader within application development solutions where you have proven excellent resultsLeadership skills Experience from test within projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisationSupplier ManagementStakeholder ManagementExperience from working in distributed teamsStrong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshops Excellent skills in EnglishRRC, RTC, RTM, ALM, JIRA or similar toolsMS Office MS VisioExperience from Logistics, e-commerce and SAP is an advantage.
