At Propulsion and Climate Labs, we support the sustainability mission by being part of the commitment to rethink sustainability in our operations, in our cars and in society. Our scope is to secure appropriate and efficient test facilities enabling testing, verification and validation of power electronics, electric motors, transmission, thermal and climate systems as well as energy efficiency and emissions.
The group Lab Engineering & EMC consists of several different roles that support the section within HIL, data transfer, mechanical engineering, EMC lab development and investment coordination
What you'll do
You will support and keep together cross section in all Investments for future propulsion and Climate test riggs. You will lead the strategic plan for our sections Facility's. Represent the section in stakeholder meeting and in collaboration with other investments coordinator.
Competence is Important
* M.Sc. within electrification or mechatronics.
* Experience in Driving Investments or Large Projects
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Documented Leadership Skills
* Documented Collaboration skills
Personality is Key
You enjoy leading through people by listening, coaching and bringing out the best in others. You are truly motivated seeing your team members succeed. You should be structured and organized. You possess strong communications skills, a genuine interest in technology and are driven by constantly learning and improving, both yourself and your scope.
