GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite Software engineer to an Automotive project in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional experience in automotive testing, validation.
Expertise in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and diagnostics (UDS).
Proven experience conducting tests using Vehicles and rigs.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Automotive Infotainment.
Knowledge of Python scripting /CAPL for test automation.
Hands-on experience with OEM-specific validation requirements and prototype vehicle build cycles
Job responsibilities
Secure software quality on Android-based Infotainment system in the Navigation and Personalization areas
Functional regression testing ahead of software releases and regression testing on weekly baselines
Testing in the vehicle as well as on the Infotainment subset rigs
Prepare clear technical documentation, test reports, and engineering recommendations to support release decisions and design improvement
Update Test Objects with the latest SW
Log Analysis and Fault Tracing
Prepare clear technical documentation, test reports, and engineering recommendations to support release decisions and design improvements.
