In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be responsible and the single point of contact to our Enterprise Continuous Delivery Team and our business areas.
• Work across the entire organisation with focus on improving the testing process. Key part are fast feedback, shift left testing, static testing and test automation.
• Educate and coach teams about CI/CD and Test, as well as support in identifying new opportunities and driving changes.
• Perform quick analysis and give support in solving ad-hoc technical issues.
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery Test within Group Product & Advice.
• Act as chairman for Local Advisory Board.
• Work close with our colleagues in areas architecture, information security and information management.
What is needed in this role:
• Excellent knowledge and interest in the concepts of Continuous Deliver and modern ways of testing, including test automation.
• You have good communication skills and like to lead, coach and train people and teams.
• You bring a positive energy and high tempo.
• You need well proven and large experience within Test and/or IT development.
• Hands-on experience from test automation and testing tools.
• High IT knowledge to be able to find solutions on complex issues not only related to test.
• Understanding data models and test data incl. basic SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of agile methods and tools.
• A relevant academic degree or similar work experience. Academic degree in engineering, computer science or any other relevant discipline.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
