hela Sverige 1) To guide and organize product expansion activities, realize the admittance, layout and sales of product in new market, difficult regions or value market through formulation of product expansion strategies.
2) To develop customer relationship analysis and strategies formulation. To establish long-term stable relationship with customers from value operators or difficult market.
3) To acquire and analyze value operators? requirements information. To undertake the market planning of regions/key operators in charge, and audit the execution.
4) To undertake the formulation of product expansion strategies in regions/key operator, to organize relevant resources and instruct others to conduct product expansion activities in their customer groups/regions.
5) To participate in the operation of regional key projects; to promote the fulfillment of work at the customer?s end, and to promote the successful operation of key projects.
6) To formulate and execute customers? sales payback and financing solution schemes, and to ensure the timely sales payback.
Qualifications and experience
Be familiar with full knowledge in the mobile telecommunication terminal area; be proficient in multi-aspect business knowledge and skills in the marketing area. Be familiar with local industry market.
Have strong market planning and product expansion abilities. Be able to analyze value target operators, formulate relevant strategies and organize the fulfillment. Be able to do negotiation or product presentation of important technologies/business independently; is able to design and organize the high-level of customers survey and communication activities.
Have at least eight-year sales experience in the telecommunication industry. Have abundant operation experience in key projects. Have successful experience in negotiation and sales project management. Keep good work relationship with local key operators.
1. Have eight-year and above sales experience in the telecommunication industry, and at least five-year local work experience.
2. Have related work experience in telecommunication operators, and reputable vendors.
3. Bachelor degree and above. IT related majors preferable. Graduates from local Tier1 universities preferable. (Educational degree requirements can have proper grace limit for extremely excellent candidates.)
4. Besides the local language (Swedish), have excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills.
5. Capabilities and experience:
Customer Relationship: Have related good relationship with mid- and high-level of local target key operators, and have mid- and high-level customer relationship extension and operation abilities (with typical cases).
Market Planning: Have excellent abilities in grasping the development trend in this industry and formulating relevant market strategies. Be able to analyze leading operators, and formulate related strategies and organize the fulfillment (with typical cases).
Market Expansion: Be able to lead others to discover market opportunities, develop expansion planning, and instruct the actual operation of product expansion effectively. Have successful experience in developing multinational and strategic operators (with typical
