hela Sverige As a Tender Controlling Manager for Hitachi Energy, HVDC business you will be collaborating at global level with sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated Tender Controlling Manager act as a business partner responsible for all financial and commercial matters and actively drives the tender department performance. The right candidate will be responsible to manage the work of highly skilled and talented team of tender controllers.

Your responsibilities
You will be collaborating at global level with sales team to provide controlling support.
You will be Working closely with Bids and Proposal team globally to ensure the competitive offering.
Accurate preparation of tender costing, cash flow exposure, risks lists including Fx risks, credit risks, tax or PE risks and provide support to ensure that Bid bonds are issued in time, FCM are uploaded in RRDB in time.
You will provide support to sales or B&P team for discussing various financing arrangements with prospective customers.
You will Support in developing the HVDC long term business strategy.
Ensures the continuous cost optimization of tender costs by providing analysis and detailed information of cost for each tender.
Collaboratively working with BU and company risk review managers for providing relevant financial information to be used for risk reviews with Hitachi.
You will be responsible to ensure HVDC and company guidelines and processes at global level are adhered and followed. In case of deviation, same should be escalated and corrective action to be initiated.
Your background
You hold degree with finance as basic qualification.
You have 12-15 years of controlling and finance experience.
Relevant Industry experience in the similar or equivalent industry with project and tender controlling, financial planning, and analysis along with business controlling background.
Leadership and management skills to work around with local team, global units and execute the change.
