We are currently looking for 1 candidates to take on the role as temporary HR Business Partner within Volvo Cars Body Components (VCBC) in Olofström. You will become a member of a HR Team with motivated and competent co-workers.
Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;
Translating business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements.
Providing input to Business unit VCBC and secure implementation of identified strategic HR activities.
Communicating overall HR services and policies into VCBC.
Together with management team, initiate and drive HR Customer Projects.
Advising BU line management team and support them in deployment of HR tools, processes and policies in the following key focus areas:
Organisational Development
Leadership Development
Competence Development
Performance Management
Resource Planning
Labour Affairs
Compensation & Benefits
Health & Safety
Operational compensation & benefit matters (i.e. merit review, salary setting, grade review etc).
Facilitate People Development Committé and other HR related foras.
Profile Qualifications:
University Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
Broad HR experience achieved in HR central functions and/or through serveral years of HRBP experience.
High level of understanding of all HR processes and policies.
Extensive experience within Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development, Competence Development and Resource Planning.
Knowledge and experience of change management tools, processes and it's impact on organisations and individuals/teams.
Experience from working in an international environment.
Ability to run change management processes.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Personal Profile:
