Key responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and efficient information to potential attendees to events
• Ensure efficient and timely coverage of the data relevant to the project
• Carry out effective credit control to ensure payment is received after the registration
• Liaise with existing Clients on a regular basis and ensure they are fully familiar with forthcoming events and any special offers they may be entitled to
• Look out for new potential Clients by keeping abreast the local and global economic situation as well as help develop new markets and events based on the feedback received from those contacted;
• Provide the Management with a written Weekly Feedback Report with a summary of most typical responses;
• Continuously upgrade delegate information and maintain an up-to-date level of data in order to support the implementation of a an effective database
• Come up to speed quickly and ensure to be constantly up to date with the portfolio of products we sell in order to allow cross-selling current and future events
• Be an active member of the Sales Team

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Excellent Computer Skills and experience of relevant CRM software like Salesforce is desirable
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English AND fluency in one or more additional languages (i.e. Polish, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Russian etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Wide general education, a high school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
• Able flexible and able to work hours in line with the allocated market/s* (*allocation would depend on the languages you speak!)

We are a Swedish-registered branch office of UK Company, working exclusively on behalf of a major British event organizer, providing highly topical/specialized conferences and training courses world-wide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our small Team & contribute in generating sales for our company.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good relationships with existing, as well as establishing & building a relationship with new customers.

Our office is based in Täby, just few minutes' walk from Roslagsbana (for those who drive, free parking permit will be provided).

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Hours: 35 hours/week, including lunch break Depending on the allocated markets, you could be working following hours: 7 am - 3 pm for Asia/Middle East, 9 am - 5 pm for Europe/Africa or 2 - 10 pm for Americas Start date to be mutually agreed
