It has always been our ambition to find and retain the best talent worldwide and together we are proud to be part of building the world of logistics.As Telecom/Security Services Specialist your day-to-day tasks will include: support user issues, manage third party IT Service provider, review, propose and implement infrastructure solutions to meet business needs and act as a contact in system and infrastructure projects. You will be based in our newly renovated office in Västberga and will work closely with your colleagues in the IT Programs & Services team.Key Tasks are:· Coordinate infrastructure projects and project control function · Monitor and report IT services and incidents status and audits · Provide input to Global & Regional IT service · Participate in functional and cross-functional meetings· Evaluate performance and identify trends and areas for improvement· Manage relationships with external suppliers· Define and implement recommendations for operational efficiency and cost improvementWe expect from you:· Servicedesk skills and knowledge· Analytical and problem solving skills· Innovative attitude and willingness to improve· Ability to communicate business and technical requirements to both business and technical staff· Team worker, results driven, will to support, conceptual thinker and good communicator · Vendor management skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish · Experience in Service management and/or IT Information Security is qualifyingPreferred experience:· Educational background in University/Technical University (Major in Computer Science, Logistics, etc.) or similar institute.· Preferably experience within the IT industry or experience from project management At DHL Express our job is to connect people and improve their lives.
