• Execute defined User Documentation tasks in R&D development projects and for custom solutions documentation
• Handle non-conformity and updates of existing User Documentation
• Send, receive and integrate new translations
• Scope User Documentation tasks for coming projects
• Adopt group standards and legislation for User Documentation
• Represent Documentation team in meetings and auctioning any issues raised
• Liaise with Product Management and Operations
• Optimise custom solution documentation
• Organise the process of production and distribution of User Documentation
In this position, you will report to the Senior Technical Writer and Compliance Officer and the position will be based in Malmö, Sweden. You will work together with members of R&D, Product Management and Technical Support teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A Technical education from University or Institute of Technology like; Engineer, Technical communicator or User experience designer
• At least 5 years' experience of technical communication in role as Technical writer, Technical Editor or Technical Communicator
• Strong communications skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken language
• High knowledge and experience of Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and InDesign
