The successful candidate will be a go-getter with strong problem solving skills, curious and open to learn, confident in working independently as well as managing teams of external professionals from varying cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Through great teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders one main assignment will be to minimize the number of support cases and prevent future issues by establishing internal structures, using quality assurance processes and documentation.
1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
Discover the most cost-efficient way on how to handle support cases and also handle local installations.
Establish and build the support partner network globally. Including, among other things, contracting and educating them regarding Humans since 1982 's products.
Keep excellent relations with clients as well as other external contacts.
Report discovered bugs to the R&D department.
Testing.
Approximately 20% of the role can comprise tasks and responsibilities outside of these key responsibilities.
Examples of job assignments
To quickly and cost-effectively handle Humans Since 1982 's customers support cases.
Handle local installations and support through i.e. phone/chat or Skype.
Travel abroad to organise and lead work on site.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of technical problems.
Create documents for every support case and log statistics.
Handle invoices.
Running short and long term tests.
To maintain and extend our customer and support partner network.
Software installations + configurations.
Technology refurbishments / upgrades.
Researching and purchasing hardware parts or electronic equipment.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
A bachelor's level education within Computer Science/Engineering (or electronics, machine construction, mechatronics) and a minimum of one year of working experience from a customer oriented function (i.e. retail or support).
OR
A master's level education within similar fields.
Experience of using a Linux based operating system which includes at least one of the following:
Installed software packages
Navigated directories, networks
Performed remote desktop connections or remote file transfers.
Working from a terminal
General handiness with tools.
Other Meriting Knowledge and Experience:
Experience from a growth company.
Experience from working with entrepreneurs.
Experience from working in or closely with another country or traveled a lot and experienced different cultures.
Experience from working with electronics and related tools (such as multimeter, soldering, etc.).
An interest in art and culture.

A driven personality, i.e. The candidate has done a small, self-initiated project in software or hardware outside of education/employment. In other words; a project out of pure interest, something that they weren't obliged to do.
Communicative and patient (of vital importance since communication will be held internally, as well as with customers and co-operator).

OK with working outside normal office hours occasionally.
Not afraid to ask questions if something is unclear.

Able to work methodically under time pressure.

Appropriate and effective use of a wide range of communication techniques and virtual platforms used within the company.
Other Meriting Skills
Project Management skills.
Eligible to travel visa-free to as many countries as possible.
Additional language skills, preferably Swedish or, Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic etc.
Willingness for co-learning and knowledge sharing.

The candidate must hold a valid EU-passport.
Summary of Terms
Full-time employment, Starting Mid / End June 2021.
Place of work: Stockholm, Sweden, but could also require occasional global travel.
The position is based within the Stockholm studio but can also accommodate some remote working and flexibility of working hours as accommodating the responsibilities of the role / as jointly agreed by the candidate and their manager. The role cannot be offered as an entirely remote position.
