Your goal will be to ensure that our systems runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a member of our internal IT-support Team, you will use your great interest in computer systems, your technical and analytical skills, as well as your interpersonal and communication skills when working with our colleagues.
This job includes:
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Maintain network and system security.
• Analyze and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability for specific users.
• Identify user needs.
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers.
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
We want you to:
• Have very good knowledge in Windows or Linux server administration
• Have interest and be able to extend your knowledge into both Linux and Windows administration.
• Have good knowledge in IT security
• Have good knowledge in Active Directory
• Have experience within Virtualization
• Have experience with setting up VPN connections
• Have the ability to create Scripts, preferably in Python
• Know how to deal with internal and external customers
• Be able to handle complex and unexpected situation
• Have the ability to work under stress
• Have a structured approach to your work and a good ability to plan and prioritize your work
• Be a great team player with a positive attitude and open and willing to learn and develop
• Be fluent in English and Swedish
