Job description

Accedo is currently expanding its Global Support Operation and actively looking for an experienced Service Manager to join the Customer Support Team in Stockholm.

Role Responsibilities:

Technical point of contact for Support on Tier-1 Customer Accounts
Ensuring all run-mode deployments are functioning within agreed SLA?s
Key interface between the Customer and Accedo stakeholders (Account Manager, Sales, Professional Services, Support, Operations?)
Over-arching management responsibility for preventative maintenance and scheduled updates
Responsible for logging/tracking all run-mode support requests and managing through to resolution
Co-ordinating Accedo cross-functional teams to successfully deliver maintenance updates and/or planned change requests
Providing ?hands-on? assistance (where applicable) to execute run-mode support updates
Leading Customer meetings/workshops and generating regular/ad hoc status reports
Working with business development teams scope new work and identify upselling opportunities

Role Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years commercial experience in a Service/Support Management role
Excellent Customer facing skills and strong problem solving abilities
Solid front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) highly desirable
Practical experience with Amazon Web Servers, Security Protocols and Monitoring Solutions highly desirable
Exposure to ticket/issue management systems such as JIRA beneficial
Exposure to source code management systems such as Bitbucket beneficial
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
