Technical Sales Manager
This is not a typical sales job but an opportunity to make a difference by driving the adoption of an innovative system based on technology that makes a positive difference.
Micvac is a technology pioneer with a focus on providing integrated equipment and packaging solutions for producing delicious ready-to-eat meals. This system based technology was invented and patented by us, and delivers superior benefits across the value chain from producers, to retailers, and consumers. We are solidly established in the Nordics (30% of the Swedish market) and already present in multiple markets across the globe.
Bringing an innovative technology to the market requires an innovative approach in itself. This is not about selling a "me too" product. We are changing the way food is produced: more sustainable, more cost effective, and eliminating the bad stuff that is too often used in food production. This is why we are looking for a special profile - someone that can be a champion and ambassador of this new technology to increase the adoption and drive Micvac's growth.

What characteristics do you likely have?
Engineering or science background with a solid understanding of complex systems. Are you an engineer who always felt curious and drawn to business and commercial topics? You potentially are a great fit.

Extraverted personality and capability to articulate our value proposition to the widest range of audience, from C suite to the factory floor workers.

Curiosity about new technologies and innovation, interest and ability to learn fast. During your onboarding we will provide a thorough training on how the technology works, who our target customers are, and what are the best approaches and the toolbox to sell to them.

Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, and follow structured sales processes.

To further support our internationalization, German, Spanish or French language skills is a big plus.
