You will act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership within your focus area. The role includes a high degree of customer interaction and extensive travel to customer site. You will report to our Head of Pre-sales OSS/BSS based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities include:
Attend customer meetings and deliver product presentations, demonstrations
Participate in proof of concepts
Scope technical solutions based on business need/value
Respond to RFIs/RFPs in a timely manner
Cooperate closely with other departments such as product management and Operations in order to provide end to end proposals to customers
Be able to present and articulate the overall BSS value proposition
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of professional experience in a pre-sales capacity
Exposure to telecom BSS in an operator and/or vendor environment
Strong commercial and sales awareness
Proven ability to meet timelines and delivery proposals on time with high level of quality
Experience in one or more of the following areas: interconnect billing, roaming billing, wholesale routing and trading, fraud management and/or revenue assurance
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must and one other major European language is a plus
Authorization to work and travel within the European Union
Ability to travel extensively
Preferred location for this role is Stockholm, Sweden but other locations in Europe can also be considered.
