Right now we are looking for an experienced leader who is interested in Product Development in general and Project Management in particular. As a person you enjoy working in teams and have the ability to inspire and develop your colleagues. Networking skills are also highly valued since regular communication both externally and internally is needed.
Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the complete delivery of Product development projects. Project Management Engineering belongs to the PMO and is responsible for the technical part of development projects. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation, purchasing and manufacturing.

Competence Profile and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have thorough experience from:
• Leadership. You are an appreciated and experienced leader. You have a simple and straightforward way of leading and are appreciated for your ability to develop and bring the best out of individuals as well as organization.
• Managing Product Development projects of high complexity. You have a proven knowledge of the development process, planning and cost follow up.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork. You have excellent relationship- and interpersonal skills and can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed.
• M.Sc. or equivalent education

Preferably you should have at least seven years of professional experience within engine development and/or project management.
