hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mutual Benefits Engineering AB i Göteborg We are now looking for an outgoing MSc or BSc with strong propelling acumen and good ability to communicate, prioritize, plan and manage product development assignments in the automotive industry. The task is to supervise project activities in cooperation with the project manager and the team, and follow up on results in a number of projects. The work will be carried out on site at the customer.
The Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) is performing within smaller multiple design projects or bigger design projects including project assurance of Complete Vehicle.
The mission of the TPC position in a project will be to secure adherence to the Project Quality Assurance Process activities, in accordance with our clients development process and as directed by clients responsible Design project leaders (DPL). This also includes meeting defined performance indicators targets of Project Gate deliveries or PIs in Agile development processes. The Project Coordinator takes an active part in the Design Project Team and has the responsibility to act as the projects internal proactive quality assurance stakeholder and serving as the liaison between different levels, functions and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and quality assured project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The TPC is responsible for securing the active Project Assurance Management activities during Product Development
• Securing the project gate activities and deliverables according to the project model
• Establishing and leading the work with a Project Assurance Plan for each Design Project.
• Leading Project risk management methods from brainstorming to follow up of actions in tools such as FMEA.
• Ensuring that the appropriate project management processes are used in the most efficient way
• Defining, tracking and leading or elevating activities concerning non-conformances in the project work
• Manage change requests and act accordingly by review and update of plans
• Organizing gate audits and presenting the project target status
• Gathering and reusing lessons learned
• Making follow-up, update and proposing corrective actions when deviation identified
• Developing short-term time plans to allow a good focus level on project team deliveries
• Work with the DPL of assigned project to determine required responsibilities based upon work required within the assigned project.
REQUIREMENTS:
M.Sc, B.Sc or equivalent education.
3-4 years minimum of experience in activities related to product development and/or manufacturing.
3-4 years minimum of practical functional project management experience.
Experience from the automotive industry as consultant, supplier or OEM. If you have worked with APQP/PPAP, Six Sigma, MS Project or other planning / quality tools, it's a plus. We think you are have a service minded personality who likes to have structure and order in your work. The ability to prioritize as well as being communicative and encourage/drive others are qualities that we value highly for these services. We are happy to see female applicants for the role.
MERITORIOUS SKILLS:
PMI certification or similar is beneficial
Experience of working with different project methodologies.
