We are thrilled to announce this exciting role as Technical Product Owner for a team responsible for CDN for H&M Groups Online Stores worldwide within our Customer Commerce Delivery Area. As Technical Product Owner you will be able to create great value by contributing with your own innovative ideas. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product has a clear mission, strategy and roadmap ahead.
What you will do:
In your role as a Technical Product Owner, you will belong to the Online Edge & CDN Team and be responsible for a team consisting of 6 members.
You will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will work with the strategic vision for your team and continuously align the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights and data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. Furthermore, you will set objectives and key results that your product will drive towards. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
Some of your daily work includes:
• Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs
• Lead a team of engineers to execute and deliver value
• Ensure the right competence in the team to enable the mission and new technology that are in the roadmap from an integration perspective
• Manage the Product backlog and stories and ensure a clear communication to the team on prioritization
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of integration principles and integration solutions

You are truly a "doer", willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward and deliver exceptional customer and business results.
We also believe you have:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working with IT deliveries and at least 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong background in internet technologies, layer 7 technologies and protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL, Web & AppServers, Load Balancers, MobileSite/Application Acceleration
• Strong agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow ups with cross functional teams
• Experience in CDN architecture and functionality
• Experience in the web application security field with Enterprise IDS/IPS or Web Application Firewalls knowledge.
• Experience with product management and translating needs and pains into re-usable and automated integration solutions
• Knowledgeable in the concepts of microservice architecture and headless CMS.
• Knowledgeable with DevSecOps setup

This is a full-time position with placement in Stockholm, Sweden.
