Responsibilities include validation on full-vehicle HIL setups across complex domains such as HV signal and power level, ADAS L2+ rigs, BMS and EDU rigs, and chassis and kinetics HILs, as well as plant model development for end-to-end test automation of complex features like torque vectoring, kinetic suspensions, and fully active suspension.
Responsibilities:
Perform System Integration testing primarily focused on HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) testing of the complete system
Create, document, and execute manual test cases for Autonomous systems
Testing, creating test cases, running them, documenting results
Interfacing with lots of software packages for testing
Design, development and problem resolution of new and existing software, SIL models, HIL models, test scripts and components for powertrain products.
Develop Plant Model for Propulsion systems and IO Models for HIL
Integrate the IO & Plant Model and maintain Model architecture roll out for different Systems including epowertrain, chassis, suspension, body etc.
