The position as an instructor at Oxford Aviation Academy means having a varied job in a multicultural environment. As an Ground Instructor you will mainly train pilots in classrooms and in Flight Training Devices.
Other tasks that are a part of the position:
• Perform training duties in the assigned technical area
• Act as subject matter experts in the area of specialization
• Maintain and update training programs according to defined standards and guidelines
• Contribute to course development

To be a successful candidate you should have the following qualifications, knowledge and experience:
• Holding a maintenance certificate or a pilot license, preferably on Airbus aircrafts.
• Candidates with extensive technical background on Airbus aircrafts will also be considered.
• Prior instructor-experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Initiative, self-going, accurate and well organized
• Good skills, both verbal and in writing in English. Good understanding of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
• IT-knowledge in MS Office
The position is a full time job (office hours) with placement at Arlanda airport, Stockholm. Your employment will start with six months of probationary period that passes into a permanent employment.
