The Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division has the ambition to be the number one provider of Parts and Service in the business. One of the key factors to achieve that is to have high quality Technical Information.
This position reports to the Global TIS Manager
Position Objective and principal responsibilities:
• Lead, coach and develop the team in the daily activities
• Work with Capital D&D, Technical Services and production to secure that Technical Information is ready in time for delivery of the equipment.
• Work together with and assist the other documentation teams in Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division.
• Responsible for creating technical documentation regarding quality, correctness and in compliance with statutory and local regulations. This includes common standards regarding processes, tools, etc.
• Commit to participate and assign resources to the global development
• Participate and contribute within Technical Information Services Management team to ensure that targets and goals are set and met.
• Ensure that the teams are sufficiently trained to fulfill their mission.
• Develop employees to be skilled and trained to meet our future needs both in AtlasCopco technology and within new development of technical information.
