Santa Maria AB is looking for a Technical Engineering Manager for their Tortilla Factory in Landskrona. Do you want to be involved in developing the production process in a modern food industry running 24/7? Do you have experience of working with efficient production processes and equipment? Are you also a down-to-earth and present leader who supports and develops your team? Then this may be the job for you!
Today, there are 85 employees at Santa Maria's facility in Landskrona. As Technical Engineering Manager, you are responsible for production equipment and for the engineering department at the site. You are also deeply involved in the ongoing work of developing the production processes. Your team consists of 12 employees, of which 3 are directly reporting to you. You report to the Factory Manager, and you are part of the site's management team. The position is a permanent employment with daytime working hours.

Your overall work tasks as Technical Engineering Manager include:
• Ensure development and implementation of maintenance strategies
• Responsible for the engineering department and lead your staff towards goals and strategies
• Lead the work with the development of production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements and lead improvement activities
• Collaborate with suppliers of equipment and services
• Lead and implement investment projects
• Evaluate relevant KPIs and plan appropriate measures accordingly
• Responsible for budget and invoice handling
YOUR PROFILE
In the role of Technical Engineering Manager, it is required that you have experience of work and leadership in a producing business with high accessibility demands. If you have worked at a site with shift hours and in food industry, it is an advantage. You are used to develop and improve working methods, and you act naturally together with colleagues and employees close to and in the production activities. You have a high level of technical knowledge and understanding, and you have actively participated in investment projects. You understand the LEAN concept, and you have also worked successfully with LEAN.
You have several years of experience as a leader. You are confident and encouraging as a leader and also clear and demanding. You have a high drive as a person, and you are constructive. You are good at collaborating, and you are responsive and communicative.
You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
