In this role, you will help Cochlear realise its mission by contributing to product development projects to effectively market Cochlear and its products and services to hearing care professionals and end users.

More specifically you will:
• Be responsible to deliver product labelling (e.g. user manuals, product labels, packaging labels) to new product and sustaining projects. This requires the management of internal and/or external content creators to ensure the delivery of labelling that is shown to be effective and which meets all essential business, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and participate in significant change and improvement initiatives with particular emphasis on the adoption or creation of best-in-class material, processes and tools.
• Work closely with development teams, team members and the rest of the marketing department to deliver according to scope, timeline and budget.

As we grow our bone conduction solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree or higher qualification and/or equivalent experience, preferably in the communications, technical, quality management or medical field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end documentation projects including the ability to plan workload and estimate timelines.
• Experience in multi-national medical device companies or similar highly regulated, business environments.
• Experience in creating accurate and actionable briefs and scope deliverables in ambiguous and complex projects.
• Ability to work independently on a multiple-task work load under a tight time constraints
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business and participate in cross-functional collaborations.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all parts of the organisation and supply partners.
• Fluent in English.
