Responsibilities:
Actively participate in design, requirement and specification meetings and workshops
Document results from the above meetings and organizing the documentation.
The documentation task includes actively clarifying by working with the participants in the design/requirement/specification work - asking questions, reviewing comments etc.
Plan and organize meetings, workshops and reviews together with the stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues regarding lacking documentation, tools or structure for organizing documentation
Support work package managers as stand-in and offload the project administrator
Ensure that all work executed in accordance with established strategies and policies
Actively participate in work with deliverable and process quality
Required qualifications:
Master degree or equivalent in engineering, technology or science
3 years+ experience and skills from technical writing tasks with complex, international technical/scientific projects
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Visio
Experience with structured application of system engineering
Experience of working in a complex, international environment
Excellent oral and written English skills
Optional qualifications:
Project management certification
Experience from technical writing and formal documentation of design, requirements and specifications
Previous experience in academic collaboration and/or in-kind management
Experience from big science projects
Experience from agile team management
Knowledge of additional European languages
