• Steer the development efforts with a hands-on approach in building Estrids platform and digital services
• Be the systems architect for the entire Estrid.com (and beyond!) tech stack
• Read, write and review application code, with a focus on creating a maintainable codebase that is easy to understand
• Lead team members in defining and implementing new features
• Communicate persuasively with peers to inspire cooperation
Your profile
• 5+ years experience with software development
• Built architectures that are proven to last and scale with new components and exponential volume of users
• Inspiring leader
• Hands-on problem solver
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in what truly is a fast-paced and agile environment
