Job duties
As a Tech Lead at PostNord, you will be responsible for guiding our development team and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Your role will include:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
- Building and maintaining microservice architecture
- Implementing best practices in software development and ensuring code quality
- Improve and review technical processes to enhance productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their professional growth
- Driving the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ensuring the stability and scalability of our applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
We are looking for you who have
Experience: (Need-to-have)
- Several years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on full-stack development
- High proficiency in Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus
- Good understanding of Angular, Vue, or an equivalent frontend framework
- Experience in building microservices
- Experience with messaging and streaming solutions using ActiveMQ, Kafka, and Kafka Streams
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Portainer, and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket Pipelines and GitHub Actions
- Experience with relational Database like Oracle or Postgres and non-relational like Redis
- Understanding of container orchestration platforms and experience deploying production software
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing

- Mobile app development
- Fluent in Swedish
