Altran Scandinavia is now looking for a Team manager to join the Automotive Division. In close cooperation with our Business Unit Manager, Division Directors, other Team Managers as well as recruitment/HR, you will play a key role in our future development of the organization and team unit. Meeting future technology and customer needs, you will attract talent to build and manage your own team. The combination of technology, customer relations and people management fits you like a glove!
Your role
We build our business on competent employees and always deliver our high quality commitments. Regardless of local service or global project, communication will go through you as Team Manager to our customers and employees. As Team Manager at Altran, you know what to deliver.
Common tasks in the role include:
* Lead and develop staff
* Structure and follow up the operational activities together with the other managers in the area
* Manage and develop existing assignments
* Attract and recruit talent
* Manage customer discussions regarding projects
* Participate in all tasks involved in building a successful business
Your profile
In order to succeed in the role, we believe you have the following skills and experience:
* Experience and network within the Automotive Industry
* Higher education or equivalent mainly in IT /Technology or Human Resources combined with technical experience
* Experience of a similar role that includes both staff and recruitment responsibilities as well as sales
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
* Proficient in the Office package and previous experience in business systems

As a person, you are approachable and problem solving, structured and driven by executing your commitments. You are communicating easily with anyone in the company, open to share your knowledge and provide support when needed.
You enjoy working in a global context and are comfortable in an expanding company, as contributing to growth is one of your professional goals. Finally yet most importantly, we are looking for an easy-going personality that appreciates a good laugh.
