Are you interested in a Team Manager role for an IT team within Payments and Accounts and have genuine interest in people and in their development? In addition to that are you also interested in taking on the assignment as Deputy Chief Product Owner and through that develop the way we do things in the Agile Release Train? In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work in the role as a Team Manager in Payments and Accounts with magnificent people and contribute to their development.

• Be responsible for recruiting and building up a strong and healthy people environment and efficient cross functional agile teams. You will ensure competence development and workforce planning as well as supporting your teams in the deliveries towards our strategic direction.

• Combining the Team Manager role with the assignment of being the Deputy CPO for Accounts & Retail Payments SE. You will support the CPO in the development and running of the Agile Release Train (ART).

• Be a part of leading the exciting and challenging transformation and execute on Swedbank's Payments and Account Strategy. The global Payment market is on an extensive transformation journey and Swedbank is a key player in shaping the future.

• Grow as a leader and be part of our open, simple and caring culture with fantastic colleagues!

What is needed in this role:

• Leadership experience from a managerial role, great if you have experience from working with IT teams.

• A strong drive to succeed through others using servant leadership, giving your people incentives to grow.

• As a leader you have strong people and stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clear and simple.

• For this assignment your understanding of IT, payment processing as well as Swedbank processes is a strength.

• We would like to see that you are open minded, structured and solution oriented. You have an inner drive to satisfy customer needs therefore good cooperation and flexibility is a must.

• Change management and agile way of working experience are strong qualities in the position.

• Strong communication skills, understanding the business and customer focus is needed.

• Ability to coordinate and make things happen with an "Everything is possible" - attitude.

• Fluency in English; verbal and written.
