I am now looking for 1 team leader for the functional Safety team that we will be part of the group Systems, Architecture & Strategies at Volvo GTT Vehicle Automation. In your team you have Functional Safety and System Safety engineers. You together with your team will play an important part of building up our way of working with regards to functional safety and ISO26262. Join us in an intriguing journey both within technology development and evolution of future transport solutions. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a team leader for the functional safety team you will be responsible for the team's backlog. You also will be a servant leader and coach for your team. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, and help manage risk. The team leader also has an important role in the cooperation between PO's (product owners) and PM's (Product Managers) in our agile release trains. You are also expected to work as a technical leader to propose and specify technical concepts and solutions to meet the functional safety requirements of our products .You will actively contribute to the implementation and follow-up of ISO 26262 compliance in terms of processes, methods and tools. Your responsibilities include development, deployment and maintenance of ISO 26262 related guidelines, templates and instructions for VA. These activities are performed in a cross-functional manner involving colleagues from different Volvo Group functions and organizations.
