About the position
As Team Lead Customer Success, you will be part of an exciting growth journey where you will have the opportunity to create, shape, and develop a Customer Success organization that strengthens the connection and delivery to Dafo Vehicle's customers.
The team currently consists of seven people handling cases of varying complexity in first- and second-line support, and will over time expand with roles in technical support and field service. In this role, you will coach, inspire, and engage employees across multiple projects. Initially, your focus will be on establishing relevant KPIs for the group, as well as developing and implementing processes and routines to ensure that goals are met in a qualitative, customer-focused, and innovative way. Furthermore, you will also take a hands-on role when needed, supporting and strengthening the team.
The role is based at Dafo Vehicle's office in southern Stockholm, with some flexibility to work remotely. As the organization develops, occasional international travel and overnight stays may be required.
Main responsibilitiesLead, develop, and have personnel responsibility for an initial team of seven employees within Customer Success in Sweden and Finland.
Develop and implement routines and processes to ensure optimized customer satisfaction and delivery in line with established KPIs.
Continuously analyse and follow up on data to identify deviations, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Drive change management in a growth organization where you coach, guide, and inspire employees and teams.
Together with the team help and assist the customers.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, customer success, inside sales, or similar, where you have taken responsibility in projects, as a team leader, or in a comparable role. Ideally, you come from an industrial or manufacturing company, or from a role with large Key Accounts.
We also see that you are comfortable working with systems, are an advocate for digitalization, and have an interest in AI solutions. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written), hold a B driver's license, and be open to occasional international travel.
As a person, you are a communicative and trustworthy leader with a focus on both your team and the customer. You have strong business acumen and are motivated by building efficient and profitable processes. Key qualifications:Experience in customer service, customer success, inside sales, or similar, with responsibility as project lead, team lead, or equivalent.
Strong system skills, advocate of digitalization, and interest in AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, plus a B driver's license.
Meritorious:Experience from technical product companies or the automotive industry.
