hela Sverige We are looking for a talented and flexible Team- and project leader to innovative Samsung! This is a fulltime position and is expected to start as soon as possible and proceed until April 2021.
Publiceringsdatum2019-11-27Om tjänstenYou will support and manage B2B service projects, issues and process development to ensure good coordination with sales, develop new service concept and handle Nordic escalations and Customer interactions. Collaborate with Technical Engineer to support product and solution issues within Samsung, for partners and in end customer environments.
Key accountabilities:
• Nordic B2B Service Manager Responsibility towards sales and external parties. Further enhance relationships and develop new service offerings
• Escalation point for CS B2B issues
• Efficiency projects.
• Cross functional work with other countries for larger roleouts
• LED and LFD Technical Experience, support technical engineer in daily operations within the Nordic organization, Identify and solve critical issues in end customer environments

We are looking for a customer-oriented team player with the ability to work under own initiative and can build collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. You can identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions. You can drive to implementations of changes and have a professional approach. Moreover, you are flexible and well-skilled in Office package.
To be successful in the role as Buisness Insight Analyst you have:
• College ("gymnasium") or higher degree in IT.
• Driver license.
• Management skills
• Project Management skills
• Experience minimum 3 years in solution and technical support for LED and LFD
Experience:
• Management experience (Manger or Team-Leader)
• Negotiation skills
• Contract negotiations
• Process mapping and KPI analysis
