Are you an excellent networker who likes to use your creativity in finding the right candidates? Do you want to take on the role as our specialist in digital talent sourcing and bring the best competence to our company?
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Resourcing team in Lund. This is a new exciting position where there will be great opportunity in creating the role. The aim is to both meet the short-term need of finding specific business critical competence and long-term to meet the increased need of finding highly attractive competences linked to our Digital Transformation journey.
Main responsibilities:
• Proactive identification of "passive" candidates using various sourcing techniques that match a desired skill set for a current job opening.
• Approaching possible candidates via social media, email, and/or phone calls with the aim to convert them into "active" applicants by awakening their interest in our positions and by promoting our Employer Brand.
• Develop talent pipelines for future company critical hiring needs in close cooperation with our business stakeholders
• Constantly push the boundaries and look for new possibilities to interact with candidates in social and professional networks.
• Coordinate and advice with hiring managers and Recruitment Specialist to determine position requirements
• Develop and constantly improve our sourcing strategy
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have solid networking and communication skills and the ability to positively present our company and vacant positions to potential candidates. You are curious, creative and able to learn on the fly, constantly creating new ways of approaching talent.
Your business mindedness gives you a clear understanding of the connection between sourcing activities and the business goals and you enjoy building knowledge about our company, our challenges and our different roles. Being persistent and results oriented and at the same time agile with the ability to shift focus quickly when priorities change comes easy to you. With experience, you have acquired a good understanding of recruitment and use a sense of urgency to get things done that drives value for the clients. You are also a team player with the ability to collaborate both in the team and across boundaries.
Formal requirements are a University degree and some experience from recruitment. Being digitally native is important and hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) is considered a merit. An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
