This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and skilled early career HR individual who would like to be part of GE's exciting Digital Industrial journey with continued growth by hiring the most talented people at the right time. You will be responsible for wing to wing recruitment processes working both on your own and in teams. You will be a member of the Nordic Talent Acquisition team as well as the local HR teams at the GE sites in Uppsala and Stockholm.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage 'wing to wing' recruiting activity (from initiation of a posting to the on-boarding of a new hire), predominantly external hires covering different part of the business and locations
• Stakeholders include Talent Recruitment team members, specific Hiring Managers, relevant HR counterparts, HR Operations and our external candidates
• Conduct job launch meeting with Hiring Manager, set recruitment process expectations based on your external market knowledge and experience
• Support Hiring Manager on improving job postings where necessary
• Utilize sourcing channel, leverage job boards and social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Use active candidate pipeline to identify and track top talent for your specific job requisitions
• Interview and evaluate candidates to qualify them for the role, in person or via phone
• Support on local employer branding initiatives, participate on career fairs, etc.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPI's) through our Global Talent Recruitment Metrics portal. Understand how our KPI's impact TA business targets and your personal performance
• Help support GE's diversity initiatives & strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company
• Ensure Local country knowledge of staffing & process compliance is followed
• Eager to learn about & understand your business/function/region
• Present the best GE to enhance our Candidate Experience
• Support the Nordic TA team members with miscellaneous branding & project activities (i.e. summer-workers hiring) and during any recruitment volume peaks across the region
Qualifications/Requirements:
• University Degree with focus preferably on HR (personalvetarprogrammet), and/or Business, Marketing, Communications etc
• Preferably some work experience and/or exposure to recruiting in the Swedish i.e employment/academic market, but not a must
• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Understanding of sourcing processes and techniques, utilizes boolean searches in order to find passive candidates.
• Creates short-list of passive and qualified leads. Works with TA team members in order to enhance sourcing capabilities.

• Gathers market data and landscape for the Hiring Manager
• Demonstrates understanding of key cross-functional concepts that impact the company, business priorities, & organizational dynamics. Seeks to understand the products of their business.

• Builds rapport and relationships with peers, recognizes how confidence and assertiveness help in completing tasks/projects. Exemplifies a positive attitude.
• Articulates opinions and presents clear rationale, receives feedback in a constructive and positive way.
