Too bad, then you can't join our Nordic/Baltic Talent Acquisition team. We are aiming for the sky when we recruit stars within sales, engineering and leadership... (No marketing bureau involved in this fancy ingress, believe it or not... )
But if you are not afraid and you are a world class Recruiter then we have a great opportunity for you. Based in our modern office in Stockholm you will deliver state of art recruitments by using modern sourcing tools, your great selection skills and a big portion of business acumen.
We also would appreciate if you have good knowledge and experience of modern employer branding tools and actions. We work in a great company and we must improve our way to communicate that in real life and in social media.
We use English and Swedish in our team meetings and also in interaction with our customers and candidates. We laugh a lot in our team, we like each other and try to win as a team.
Maybe you work for an agency today, and you have at least 5 years experience of professional recruitment. You love the recruitment part of your job but are getting tired of making all these cold calls and canvas to clients. When you join us you will get as many job orders as you like, but we expect you to be able to handle at least 20 open positions any given day. You are most probably used to one or several assessment tests.
On the picture the team was doing roof climbing. Extremely scary and fascinating. Next team meeting we will do something less dramatic.
