About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team Business Area Europe & APMEA at our Global HQ in Stockholm. You will be part of an international team of engaged Talent Acquisition Partners who advise our business managers on how to find, attract and assess talents that fit with our culture and organization.
In this role, your goal will be to act as a trusted advisor to the business and expert on the recruitment process and strategy in order to bring future business leaders and talented individuals into interesting positions for our HQ in Stockholm.
What you will do:
You will be the owner of the recruitment process, partnering with our Hiring Managers and People Business Partners across all business sectors and functions to fill our vacancies with the best candidates. You will drive the job requisition process in our ATS (Workday), write appealing job advertisements, identify the best candidates, and guide our Hiring Managers through our talent acquisition strategy and processes. You will share your market intel expertise with the hiring team so they can make informed decisions based on your input and advice. Additionally, you will play an active part in building talent strategy and create effective pipelining using our CRM (Phenom).
With an emphasis on end-to-end recruitment, you will join our team effort in strengthening our Electrolux employer brand. We are open for you to bring your innovative way of working and thinking - continuous improvement is our mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Solid experience in recruiting. In-house experience is preferred, but agency/RPO background is also great, especially if you have done sourcing or executive level recruitment
Excellent stakeholder management skills, confidence in building trusted and reliable relationships and taking full ownership for delivering results
Expert in full cycle recruitment including, but not limited to sourcing, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management up to offer preparation and extension
Proven track record in successfully navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments, including effective time management, ability to work independently, setting priorities and reliability at respecting deadlines
Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure
International mindset coming from working with various cultures and stakeholders at all levels
Fluent Swedish and excellent business English knowledge
Flexible approach to work and passion for Talent Acquisition are a must
Digitally Savvy, MS Office literacy
Experience working with Workday recruitment module and CRM Phenom would be a plus
