About the role
We are seeking a dedicated individual with expertise in Dynamics within the Supply Chain domain. This role is pivotal in our organization as you will be responsible for developing and enhancing supply chain processes within our ERP system to optimally support our business operations.
In this role, you will be tasked with exploring and defining processes in collaboration with business users, determining how to best support these processes within our systems, providing necessary training, and enabling users to effectively utilize the system. Your contributions will directly impact our goal of making homes around the world more environmentally friendly.
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and thrives in a high-paced environment where change is a natural element and possesses a keen sense of organization and structure.

What you will be doing
• Our team is responsible for the overall performance of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Operations, including:
• Functional fit to business need
• System financials (licenses (utilization), infra, support)
• Life cycle management (updates, testing, etc.)
• You will be the single point of contact within the supply chain domain for new needs/requirements.
• Understanding the application development roadmap and how that impacts our use.
• Being a stakeholder in the roll-out of new markets/companies/hubs.
• Managing 3rd party add-ons, like AP automation solutions .
• Internal stakeholder management and setting up appropriate governance model with the business (securing the right amount of super users in the markets, councils, development process/sprints, etc.).
• Ensure smooth delivery, deployment, access to the system, and integration with other parts of the system platform/infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with our information (security) standards.
• Participate in incident and problem processes, both internal and external.
We would like you to have:
• Experienced in Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations within the supply chain domain).
• Comprehension of diverse functional requirements for system or software applications (e.g., Supply chain, Purchase, WMS, PLM, etc.).
• Good knowledge of standard processes and ways of using D365 F&O and how to use configuration to improve process efficiency.
• Understanding of requirements for integrations and how systems communicate with other systems/solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, and expertise in implementing standardization and achieving global scalability.
• Education in supply chain and logistics, or equivalent professional experience.

• Creating functional requirements.
• Consultancy/project-leading.
